Cheap Flight Tickets in a Jiffy!

It’s not easy getting a ticket during peak season but there are ways and means by which you can do so! I can reasonably be sure that you have not heard of these simple methods by which you can book tickets online and offline at really cheap rates. Read on to find out more!

Book online as most websites have a 10% to 15% discount on the tickets that are booked online at the website. You will also be able to find group rates that you can use to get cheaper rates.

Clear your site of all saved cookies. Once you have done that you will get cheaper rates at all the websites. This is because all websites leave cookies on your computer and when you return to them after a search, they quote you slightly higher rates.

Check for updated sites that have updated content. A few websites that offer tickets do not have content and ticket prices that are updated regularly. You must use sites that have tickets prices that are current to prevent losing money while booking.

Make sure that you book your tickets at least a month in advance as most tickets have a limit of 30 days. This is especially applicable with tickets that have an open travel date. This restriction is also applicable on travel time. If you book the ticket on 12 December you have to travel by 12 January or the ticket is canceled automatically.

You can travel with a child less than 2 years of age. The child travels for free. You will have to pay half fare for children elder than that but they might not get a separate seat if the flight is crowded.

Make a deal with air courier space companies especially if you are frequent traveler. Most air courier companies will be happy to take your baggage allowance to send their courier packages and then pay you for it. You save quite a lot and sometimes you will also fly for free.

Join a frequent flyer program where you will be able to get substantial discounts on the flying programs and then be able to travel even in the first class after paying for economy.
