Event welcomes Rotorua hotel to Rydges portfolio

Party Hospitality and Entertainment is expanding its footprint in New Zealand with the announcement that it will welcome a NZ Resort Holdings Rotorua hotel to its portfolio.

The assets, previously operated by IHG below the Holiday getaway Inn brand, will be refurbished and renamed as Rydges Rotorua just before opening in July 2022.

“We are hunting forward to bringing a wonderful new Rydges offering to Rotorua that can be relished by locals, travelling Kiwis and global site visitors alike,” reported Celebration Resorts and Resorts Basic Manager for New Zealand functions, Simon White.

“Rotorua is these a particular place, and we are energized to at the time again partner with NZ Resort Holdings to provide top quality accommodation, meals and beverage, and conferencing choices to the spot.”

Celebration will rebrand the current Rydges home on Fenton Street as a stand-by yourself resort under the Unbiased Assortment by Celebration brand name.

The Rotorua lodge is owned by NZ Hotel Holdings and managed by Russell Home Team.

“Our partners at Event are knowledgeable hotel operators with a confirmed monitor document as our operating partners at QT Auckland and Rydges Wellington, and we are assured that the changeover can come about without disruption to operations, and devoid of interruption to an interesting giving for site visitors to Rotorua and customers of the lodge,” claimed Russell Team Controlling Director, Brett Russell.
