US attorney general says money from Russian oligarchs’ seized assets should go ‘directly to Ukraine’

US Legal professional Normal Merrick Garland advised Congress on Tuesday that he is in favor of some of the proceeds from Russian oligarch seizures heading straight to Ukraine.
