Aruba is full of vacation rentals boasting beautiful rooms, pools, and views of local beaches. Depending on which beach you’re on or what part of the island you happen to frequent, you can pay as little as $200/night up to $600 or more per night. The prices depend on the size and location of the rentals but also the views they have and the beaches they’re located on. The good news is, you don’t have to pay top of the line prices for top of the line quality. Check out these lower priced rentals with excellent amenities and designs.
La Dolce Vita apartment resort was restored in 2012 to have three apartments; blue, orange, and a studio apartment. There’s an in-ground pool in the center of the complex and also a solarium that’s home to a tropical garden. All of the ceilings in the house are very high and reflective of the Dutch architecture. All of the apartments in this rental complex are furnished with free WIFI and air-conditioning in every room. Each apartment has its own bathroom, fully furnished kitchen, and cable television. Children are welcome in this little resort but pets are not. And there are many attractions within walking distance, including Malmok Beach. During the off season, which is October 1 – December 14, the rent is $110/night with a two night minimum or $770/week. December 15 – April 15 is the high season. Rent during this time is $140/night with a seven night minimum or $980/week. The owners of this community live on-site and are able and willing to help guests with any problems. They will also consider long term rentals, but do not accept payment via credit cards.
Ocean 105 is a home with hour beach side rentals, three with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and one with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. These rentals offer beautiful views of either Ocean 105’s garden or Malmok Beach at Boca Catalina. No matter which room you have though, you can utilize the balcony or the gazebo (available once a week by owner invite) for stunning views of the beach and the water. Apartments Raymond, Racel, and Lauren all offer two bedrooms sleeping up to six people with a king size bed and convertible couches. Benji is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment which offers a king bed with one convertible couch and sleeps up to four people. Children are welcome, but pets are not. The rentals have full kitchens, washers and dryers, air-conditioning, WIFI, and cable television. There are tons of entertainment possibilities at nearby beaches and complimentary services at the Moomba Beach Club. The 1 bedroom Benji apartment starts out renting at $119/night. The 2 bedroom apartments start out renting at $149/night. All apartments have a 3 night minimum stay. There’s a 50% deposit required with the initial reservation and the remaining 50% due 31 days before arriving. There’s also a 7% government tax which isn’t included. These apartments are all different colors and are definitely worth the cost.
These are just two of the many vacation rentals in Aruba which are beautiful but don’t cost a fortune. No matter what your budget, there’s something for everyone in Aruba.
